Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms and conditions under which "SKV AUTOMATION" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), operating the platform EngineerMarketplace.com, offers its services to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer, and its terms are the same for all Clients. Acceptance of the offer is considered confirmed when the Client registers on the platform and/or makes a payment for the selected services.

1.2. The EngineerMarketplace.com platform can be used for online trading by both the Service Provider itself and registered users in the status of sellers, similar to online stores.

1.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on EngineerMarketplace.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service Provider offers digital services related to product advertisement and promotional placements on EngineerMarketplace.com.

2.2. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard Ad
  • Hot Offer
  • Special Offer
  • Free Product Card
  • Paid Product Card
  • First Page Placement

3. Service Provision

3.1. The Client selects services through the platform’s interface, adds them to the service cart, and completes the payment process.

3.2. The quantity of services corresponds to the number of days or service units specified by the Client during the selection process.

3.3. Service activation occurs automatically upon payment confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The Client makes payments through the integrated LiqPay payment system or by other means, or by wire transfer.

4.2. Payment details, including total cost, are provided in the generated invoice.

4.3. All payments are final. Refunds are not provided unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Service Provider undertakes to ensure the proper operation of the services as described.

5.2. The Client agrees to provide accurate information and comply with the platform's rules.

5.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for any indirect losses incurred by the Client due to service interruptions beyond its control.

6. Liability

6.1. The Service Provider is responsible for providing services as specified in this Agreement.

6.2. The Service Provider is not liable for the Client’s content, including advertisements, products, or services promoted through the platform.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This Agreement comes into effect upon acceptance by the Client and remains valid until the termination of the Client's account or services.

7.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
